I started taking Acomplia a little less than 7 months, to date I have loss 34lbs, went from pants size 7 to 3. It has helped me to control my bad eating habits, and follow a healthy eating plain provided by my dietician. I feel with the help of a dietician, and a persons willingness to follow a healthy diet plain, it will work and show results. I rarely exercises, but I am active with other activities.
